Scott Johnson serves as expert speaker for Aberdeen’s Webinar

Certified Retail Solutions (“Certified”) is pleased to announce that Scott Johnson was asked to present on workforce outsourcing during Aberdeen’s September Webinar titled: “Slash Field Service Costs Without Cutting Quality: Workforce Outsourcing”.

Johnson was asked to speak to attendees about the benefits and growth Certified has experienced over the years from outsourcing technical resources. By outsourcing workforce labor, Certified has been able to service companies throughout North America 7 x 24 x 365 x 4.

Johnson warns that, before considering outsourcing, there are four (4) crucial qualifications to evaluate. “A company must: look at the providers and find out if they have the people needed with the right credentials, identify the quality of the technicians and make sure they can be contacted and spoken to directly if there is a problem, look at program/project management, and lastly scrutinize insurances.” 

Johnson ended his lecture with one final remark; “For SLA attainment we are currently performing at a best-in-class-level as measured by Aberdeen (>93%) and we’re achieving this through outsourced labor. For the first time fix rate we’re crushing their best-in-class numbers (>82%) because we control hardware quality and inventory levels across our forward stocking locations.”
